Elizabeth is a clairvoyant energy healer, mentor, teacher, and devoted student of the Cosmos. She is entranced by seeking the Sacred in all experiences and is dedicated to living with a sense of wonder, humility, and compassion. Her energetic healing abilities are rooted in Shamanism and her direct experience with animism. From a young age, Elizabeth knew that all natural objects — plants, animals, rocks, rivers & oceans, weather systems, and the universe itself — possess a distinct spiritual essence. This unity with all sentient life activates her healing abilities. Elizabeth can journey along energetic lines from the first world to the fifth, and is able to receive distinct messages from these worlds — from spirits, animals, and the plant kingdom.
Elizabeth is able to create an energetic field of deep stillness where her clients experience joyous healing. She can see where toxic, stagnant energy has taken root in your energy field (also known as your Light Body) and, with your permission and the assistance of her Guides, will work with you to clear that negative imprint.
Through clear-seeing, knowing, and hearing, Elizabeth can access spiritual wisdom that is specific to one’s own soul’s journey and life path.

She owes a debt of deep gratitude to the Q’ero Shamanic lineage under which she has trained, been initiated, and received 10 Shamanic Sacred Rites. The Indigenous Q'ero nation of Peru are people considered to be the last remaining descendants of the Inca.
Living close to the ocean for most of her life has anchored Elizabeth in its ancient, primordial rhythms, and woven her into its mystical currents. Her work is dedicated to creating an environment in which people can thrive and reach their highest destiny. In honor of her Irish ancestry, her healing practice is named Rathú— the Gaelic word for thrive.

Elizabeth continues to grow and learn from her work and study with others. She has an abiding commitment to self-examination, self-correction, and continuous professional development and certification. She has an insatiable curiosity for seeking the Divine, and this— coupled with her sincere and expansive prayer and meditative life— maintains a high-level of integrity and impact for herself and those who work with her.
shamanic Energy Medicine
Elizabeth received her shamanic energy medicine training from the Four Winds Society Healing the Light Body School, founded by renowned medical anthropologist, shamanic healer, author and teacher, Dr. Alberto Villoldo, and medicine woman Marcella Lobos. This training included more than 500+ hours of instruction, reading, and applied practice. Elizabeth owes a debt of deep gratitude to the Q’ero Shamanic lineage under which she has trained, been initiated, and received 10 Shamanic Sacred Rites. Elizabeth commits to work in this healing art with impeccability, integrity, and deep respect for the Q’ero lineage and their shamanic practices which have been made available to Elizabeth and other westerners.
Coaching and education
Elizabeth received her coaching training from Rutgers University; and successfully completed the year-long studies program of Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance.
She also received an executive education certificate in Strategy + Leadership from Stanford University’s School of Social Innovation and Graduate School of Business.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College / University of Notre Dame.
Spiritual Studies
Elizabeth has been a devoted student and practitioner of Mahayana (Tibetan) and Nichiren Shoshu (Japanese) Buddhism since 2005. She has been fortunate to learn from many astute and gifted Buddhist monks and teachers, including Robert Thurman, Pema Chodron, Phakyab Rinpoche, and Pilar Jennings.
More recently, Elizbeth’s mind has been blown open by the teachings of modern-day mystic, philosopher, and scholar Peter Kingsley.
She also draws inspiration from the Irish mystic and poet John O’Donohue.
Elizabeth completed QHHT Level 1 training for Past Life Regression therapy. She has studied astrology for 10+ years, and reads tarot and oracle cards.
